1) Nominations will be invited from the general public through public solicitation for nominations as announced by the organizers through announcements in the media, both print and electronic. Both -self nominations and third party nominations will be accepted. The announcement will include both required contents and the timelines for submission.

2) Nominations will be received and their contents verified and assessed by our dedicated consultants. Self- Nominations found to contain materially false information or claims would be disqualified. Furthermore nominees who do not meet our required minimum standards of accomplishment will also be disqualified.

3) SMS short codes will be given to all nominees qualified to participate in the ballot and these will be announced to the general public along with the dates for opening and closing of voting.

4) Voting results will be compiled by a leading audit firm in Nigeria, who would then provide the winners with the final results.

5) Winners would then be informed and invited to be conferred with their awards at the special awards conferment ceremony, to be held in Lagos at a date to soon be announced.

TERMS FOR RECEIVING AN AWARD

Winners of awards under this scheme will not be required to pay fees of any sort for their awards. Indeed, the only term attached to award conferment is that the winner attends the awards conferment event in person, or at least sends a delegation to collect the award. This condition is to ensure that the awards conferment event itself is a success befitting of this ground breaking awards scheme.
